I guide women stuck in anxiety and overwhelm to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their authentic selves through somatic coaching and Human Design. This is your personal invitation to stop watching your life happen through glass walls and start actually living it.

I get it because omg, I've been there. For years, I was physically present but mentally checked out—chronically anxious, emotionally disconnected, and completely on autopilot. My body was basically screaming "HEY! SOMETHING'S OFF HERE!" through tension and exhaustion, but I just kept pushing through. Because that's what we do, right? It makes sense—we're doing our best with the tools we have.
